Applica introduces new Clear20 water filter

Applica Water Products recently launched its new Clear2O RV and marine inline water filter, according to the folks at RvPro.com.

Other camping filters, the company stated, are only rated to block impurities above 100 microns. The Clear2O RV and marine inline water filter removes contaminants down to 1 micron.

This is done via the advanced carbon block filtering system that blocks and absorbs harmful contaminants, including chlorine and lead. Applica says it also eliminates the sulfur taste and odor often found in campground water. The new filter eliminates the need to haul around bottles of fresh water, which can take up a lot of space and cost quite a bit as well.

The company says the Clear2O RV and marine inline water filter has been independently tested to meet water quality industry standards for reduction of chlorine, lead, volatile organic compounds such as benzene and trihalomethanes, and other harmful contaminants.

The solid carbon block technology also reduces herbicides, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, industrial wastes, and perfluorooctanoic acids from water. Each filter will last up to six months depending on use.

The Clear2O RV and marine inline water filter will soon be available to purchase online and on Amazon, with plans to reach other leading online and RV dealers.
