Florida RV Shows Draw Large Crowds

The Florida RV Trade Association recently announced that its two summer RV shows in West Palm Beach and Tampa had near-record attendance in at the former and broke a record at the latter.

The West Palm Beach Summer RV Show took place over Mother’s Day weekend at the South Florida Fairgrounds. With eight participating dealers and a handful of booth exhibitors, the show opened to large crowds the first three days of the show. Rain on the last day limited attendance, according to FRVTA Show Coordinator Patty Flanagan.

The Tampa Bay summer show was held at the Florida State Fairgrounds with the majority of the event in the air conditioned expo and entertainment halls. Running over the weekend of June 7-10, the show had a new attendance record with more than 7,100 people passing through the gates.

Over 31 suppliers filled every available booth with RV parts, accessories, and a wide range of products.
